We value our clients and it is important for our clients to be informed on the services we offer and our expectations. Please review Arkansas Housewashers terms and conditions before your scheduled service. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding information contained in our agreement as we require clients to confirm they have read the terms and conditions agreement before we begin work.
On the Day of the Service:
Please have a water spigot activated and accessible
Please have all windows and doors shut tight
Please ensure you shut off all outside electrical outlets and fixtures at breaker box prior to arrival
Please stay inside and have all pets inside before and during cleaning
Please clear the work areas of all items and remove all sensitive materials from the areas being washed (flags, doormats, planters, vehicles etc.)
Please avoid using water during the cleaning service to prevent loss of pressure or volume.
Terms & Condtions: The following terms and conditions serve as a contract between the property owner, hereby identified as “client” and Arkansas Housewashers (its owners, employees, and subcontractors) hereby identified as “company,” “Arkansas Housewashers” for the completion of services in exchange for payment for residential and/or commercial exterior cleaning services.
Client agrees to allow company on the property for the purposes of completing cleaning services requested. Client understands the cleaning service will be completed within the time frame given during the estimate. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, the cleaning service may need to be moved to the next available business day. Prior to the date of service, company has permission to visit the property to evaluate area to be cleaned, as well as to inspect the area after completion of services if necessary.
Client agrees to let company to utilize their water source via outdoor spigot. If clients’ water source is not sufficient for cleaning service, they must inform the company so adequate water can be transported to the worksite to cover required flow. If on well water, or in an area with low water pressure or volume, client agrees to inform the company prior to service date.
Company inspects all areas to be treated and notes damaged areas on a pre-inspection checklist prior to providing service. Company takes before and after photos of the areas treated and area surrounding treatment areas if deemed necessary. If any new, notable damage is found during the cleaning process, the company will cease all cleaning efforts until the client can see the damage and/or acknowledge its existence. Company will not be held accountable for any issues within or outside the home that are not related to the cleaning service.
Client understands the company has set procedures to safeguard plant life surrounding the area to be treated. Client understands their service could be scheduled during midday sun and there is a chance for slight leaf burn as company’s solution can get on and around plants during the cleaning process. If any issues arise with plant life around the area of cleaning, the company will evaluate to determine if plant life suffered leaf burn and will recover or if it has been killed. Company works with client to determine next step if there is a plant. *We have never had a plant loss or leaf burn recall
Arkansas Housewashers are well trained professionals in the equipment they use and takes precautions to ensure no harm is done to your investment. While Arkansas Housewashers implements safe techniques by using low pressure on delicate surfaces such as siding, damage can still occur to any delicate surface due to:
Neglect, Poor Maintenance, Low Grade Building Materials
Routine maintenance per manufacture’s recommendations on property surfaces needs to be executed by home/business owners to avoid any potential damage. Prior to washing surfaces, any areas of concern need to be addressed by client to ensure a watertight seal. Client assumes all the risks and takes responsibility for any damage that occurs due to improper maintenance. Arkansas Housewashers will be obligated under terms and conditions for any damage that is a direct result of operator error, negligence, or willful misconduct. Damages must be discovered and reported to Arkansas Housewashers within 3 days of completion of service. The company will be allowed 30 calendar days from the date of written receipt to inspect the premises and have the sole option in repairing or contracting repair to any damages that was result of negligence. Arkansas Housewashers is not responsible for damage to lose siding, paint, wood, trim or windows that was previously noted as damage or found during the pre-inspection walk through.
House Wash acknowledgement: Client understands imperfections, flaws or existing oxidation will be more noticeable after cleaning. Vinyl sided homes that have not been maintained are susceptible to oxidation. Please understand if your home suffers from oxidation, you may see this difference after a cleaning.

If one of the previous issues is anticipated, it is communicated to the client during the estimate inspection or during the cleaning process. Client understands that company may not find every imperfection and is not held responsible if an imperfection is more noticeable after a wash unless it is found to be of negligence on company end. *Client also understands if we do a site unseen estimate based off verbal communication or provided photos, that we will not be able to note any flaws in exterior surfaces. If we do a site unseen estimate, client understands that company is not responsible for any unacknowledged flaw.
Client understands that our cleaning solution is specifically designed for our cleaning services and it will not cause any discoloration or damage to the siding.
Roof Wash acknowledgement: Client understands Arkansas Housewashers roof washing results are almost always immediate. However, there is a slight chance some light brown areas will remain after a roof washing treatment. Light brown areas are dead algae that prior to treatment were black streaks. If this occurs, we request clients wait 6 to 8 weeks for the brown areas to fade. If after 6 to 8 weeks, the brown areas remain, we request client reaches out to company. Company will then do onsite assessment to determine next step. Client also understands that our cleaning solution is specifically designed for our cleaning services and it will not cause any discoloration or damage to the roof.
If roof has moss or lichen growth it will take some time to completely fall off. If the growth is deep into the shingle it will take time to be entirely eliminated. Company treats roof with a bio-degradable solution, that turns this type of growth white. Client understands that the growths will dry out and fall off as the natural elements such as wind and rain assist with the elimination process. Company promises not to use high pressure on a roof surface. If after 6 to 8 weeks, the growths remain, we request client reaches out to company. Company will then do onsite assessment to determine next step. Client also understands that our cleaning solution is specifically designed for our cleaning services and it will not cause any discoloration or damage to the roof.
Media & Advertising: Client agrees to allow Arkansas Housewashers to utilize any photos, videos, reviews or descriptions of the property in the context of advertising for the company. The company will use these photos, videos or descriptions without any compensation to the client. The media will be used for advertising and training purposes. The client agrees not to seek punitive action in a civil court or law regarding the use of the above media. Company will not publish sensitive information such as specific addresses or names, nor will that be that information be apparent from the photos we choose to use. If the client agrees to allow the company to display a sign for marketing on their property, it will remain in effect for no more than seven days.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements were made between the client and company. If a different arrangement occurs, this will be documented and signed by both parties. We accept forms of payment to include cash, check, Paypal and credit card. Per company net 30 days’ payment schedule, client must have payment submitted to company by 30-day period. Any invoice or scheduled payment that is past due 30 days after date of agreement, is subject to a $25 late fee. If payment is not received within 60 days past due, Arkansas Housewashers reserves the right to file a civil claim and collect outstanding debt. Within, 60 days of past due, Arkansas Housewashers reserves the right to file a civil claim and collect outstanding debt. Any legal fees incurred will be added to unpaid balance of the client. Company reserves the right to refuse to do business with a client who is currently past due, or who has been previously 60+ days past due.
Acceptance of Terms: By accepting an estimate, client agrees to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Client authorizes Arkansas Housewashers to do the work specified on the estimate. You release Arkansas Housewashers from property damage unless it is caused by negligence or deliberate misconduct.
